TIPTOP Heavy Forging specializes in producing large and medium-sized open-die forgings with advanced forging equipment and comprehensive supporting facilities. The company is equipped with one 12,000T free forging hydraulic press and one 130T fully hydraulic forging manipulator, as well as one 4,000T free forging hydraulic press paired with a 35T hydraulic forging manipulator.

These facilities enable Heavy Forging to upset and forge steel ingots up to 100 tons (for short shafts, blocks, and discs) and elongate steel ingots up to 150 tons (for long shafts and bars).

To ensure efficient and safe material handling, the plant is equipped with multiple specialized forging cranes, including:

160T/32T forging crane

100T/50T and 100T/20T transport cranes

80T/20T transport cranes (2 sets)

50T/10T forging crane

32T/10T heat treatment crane

With these advanced systems, every stage — from forging and machining to heat treatment and inspection — is conducted strictly in accordance with relevant international standards, ensuring high quality and reliability of all forged components.
