As part of our complete forging and manufacturing service, Tiptop Forging offers advanced machining capabilities to meet the demands of large and heavy industrial components. With a modern workshop, state-of-the-art CNC machining equipment, and experienced technicians, we ensure precise and efficient processing for a wide range of forged parts.

 Large-Scale CNC Machining Workshop

Our machining workshop covers approximately 36,000 square meters and is equipped with more than 20 large conventional horizontal lathes and 10 heavy-duty CNC lathes.

We can handle shaft forgings up to 120 tons in weight and 20 meters in length.

This allows us to process oversized and high-strength components used in industries such as power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, shipbuilding, and metallurgy.

 Precision Vertical Turning and Milling

For rings, discs, and cylindrical forgings, we operate five CNC vertical lathes with a maximum machining diameter of 6 meters and a load capacity of 80 tons.

These machines enable high-precision turning and facing for flanges, tube sheets, pressure vessel heads, and large cylindrical parts.

Additionally, our heavy-duty gantry boring and milling machine can handle irregular or oversized components up to 4.6m × 12m × 2m, ideal for custom and complex machined parts.

 Deep Hole Drilling and Auxiliary Machining Equipment

We are equipped with a 12-meter deep hole drilling and boring machine, along with 8 large and medium-sized band saws, radial drilling machines, and cylindrical grinders.

These facilities support rough and finish machining of large forgings, ensuring both structural accuracy and surface quality.

 Multi-Functional Machining Capabilities

Our CNC machining systems are capable of milling, boring, drilling, tapping, and planing operations.

We can process angled surfaces, 2D and 3D curved surfaces, as well as internal cavities and narrow spaces — all with one-time clamping and multi-face machining, improving accuracy and reducing production time.
